Aubergine is a tricky vegetable to me. I can only eat it when it’s cooked in certain way – with miso.
It’s crunchy due to the crispy rice. I remember we ordered it twice.

Sunday Roast @ The Swan
We were craving for a good roast and this pub came to mind.
This pub was our friends’ local when they lived in Chiswick. We’ve been a few times but only tried their roast beef once, and it was good!
