    Aubergine is a tricky vegetable to me. I can only eat it when it’s cooked in certain way – with miso.

    It’s crunchy due to the crispy rice. I remember we ordered it twice.

    The restaurant is known for their yakitori, odd to order seafood but it looks too good to miss.

    Oyster with fermented white asparagus, grapes, citrus kosho and burnt fat. Enjoyed it!
