I had this dish years ago while I was in Dusseldorf. I loved it!

When we were on holiday in Berlin, I looked and looked, found one of the best places for it in Berlin, we had to do it!

I totally forgot how insanely big the dish is, so we ordered one each. Huge mistake! MN might be over 6 feet tall but he cowered before this dish.

It’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of collagen. I had mine with a pint of lager. It was fantastic!
