Aubergine is a tricky vegetable to me. I can only eat it when it’s cooked in certain way – with miso.
It’s crunchy due to the crispy rice. I remember we ordered it twice.

My foodie friend GN loves this dish so much I put it on my must-eat list when I was in New York.
The marinade was done just the right level, you can still taste the original flavour of the seafood. So good!
Prawns and abalone were my favourite! I love the crab but they were a hassle to eat.

I had this dish years ago while I was in Dusseldorf. I loved it!
When we were on holiday in Berlin, I looked and looked, found one of the best places for it in Berlin, we had to do it!
I totally forgot how insanely big the dish is, so we ordered one each. Huge mistake! MN might be over 6 feet tall but he cowered before this dish.
It’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of collagen. I had mine with a pint of lager. It was fantastic!
